NJDC Issue Briefs
NJDC has developed a series of issue briefs that catalogue the implementation of innovations to uplift juvenile defense practice nationwide. These briefs provides a quick synopsis of the substance of the issue, a national snapshot of approaches to the issue in different jurisdictions, a catalogue of working innovations, and a series of recommendations for reform. We hope these briefs will be used to educate stakeholders about juvenile defense issues, and to engage defenders and policy makers in reform work.
